Banking and player protection

Picking winners is half of it. The other half is getting paid. This section covers what happens to your money between the deposit and the payout, and what to do when something goes wrong.

From the deposit to the payout

Money goes in first, so two pages deal with what a book offers to get it: bonuses and no-deposit bonuses, and what an offer is worth once the terms are counted. Crypto payments covers how that route works and how money gets lost on it.

Getting it out is the other half. Withdrawals takes you through the steps between asking and being paid, and KYC explains the identity check and why it comes when it does. When something goes wrong, dispute handling is how to argue with a book and win. And responsible gambling is about loss limits, bet size and when to stop, which I'd read even if you think you don't need to.

Read it backwards

I'd read withdrawals before bonuses. Everybody does it the other way round.

A book shows you what it is on the day you ask for your money, and by then your deposit is already in it. The time to learn its payout terms is before the first dollar goes in. I would take a plain book that pays on time over a generous one that doesn't, every day of the week.
