We are set up for a huge Thursday Night Football game that has serious playoff implication, even though it is only Week 11. The Packers are currently 3rd in the NFC North, two wins behind the front running Bears while the Seahawks are 5 wins behind the Rams, who can wrap up the NFC West with a win this weekend.

Looking even deeper at the playoff picture, the Pack are currently the 7th seed and the Seahawks at 9 with their sites set on a Wild Card berth. Luckily for the Cheese Heads, they have the easiest remaining schedule with an opponent winning percentage of only 43%, with the Seahawks opponent winning percentage of 48%.
Green Bay has been a serious case of Jekyll and Hyde, with a 4-0-1 home record and have yet to win on the road at 0-4. Not only have the Packers been losing on the road, but they lost by 14 to a Patriot team that just got their butts kicked by the Titans.
Seattle is one of the toughest places to go in and get a W, and Russell Wilson and the Seahawks will be highly motivated after losing their last 2 to both LA teams. They kept in close in their latest, a 36-31 loss against the Rams.
These two teams are quite familiar with each other, with tonight’s game their 7th matchup since 2012. In the last 7 meetings between these two, the home team has recorded the victory in all 7.

This is a tough one to call, but I like the Seahawks to be the team with 5 wins after the clock runs out on Thursday Night. Wait until kickoff to see if the line moves a little in your favor, because that extra point, getting Seattle at -2, may be your difference in winning and losing.
I like Seattle a lot more at -2, but if it doesn’t move, I will consider buying the extra point.

Going against conventional wisdom almost worked last night, but in the end, it was another loss. I’m dipping back in the NBA tonight with a total wager on Rockets at Hawks. I’ve crushed all the numbers from my top games today, gave my magic eight ball a little rub, and here’s what I came up Read More…
Is it just me, or does everything seem off in the sports world lately? My awesome hippie friend Luna told me it’s because Mercury is in Retrograde, while my CNN watchin’, conspiracy theorist homie is blaming Trump. Whatever the reason…BE CAREFUL when placing your bets! Regardless, I have to give you guys a pick, so Read More…
