Three Team Special Teaser Reload

Things just keep rollin’ in Joe Berra’s world with another big winning parlay last night, as well as a good start to our Thursday Three Team Special Teaser. Last night’s parlay had the San Jose Sharks to beat the Philadelphia Flyers and the Cleveland Cavaliers -9½ over the Bucks. It took overtime for the Sharks, but they pulled it out and the Cavs won in convincing fashion, 115-100.

For those of you that missed out on the Thursday Three Team Special Teaser, my play was to take Jacksonville +7 (B+10), Carolina +3 (B+10) and Green Bay/Minnesota OVER 35 (B+10) for the win. Obviously if you didn’t get it in on time, this one won’t work for you, but luckily, I aim to please.

I’m going to give you a second chance with this teaser and offer a suggestion in place of the Jaguars, who for the record have kept our streak alive. There are a few games I like, but to make sure we get the best bang for our buck, you should take the St. Louis Rams +12½ (B+10) to go along with the first two games.

The Rams (4-5, 4-5 ATS) travel to take on a Baltimore Ravens (2-7, 1-7-1 ATS) team that has been their own worst enemy this season, having lost their seven games by an average of only 4.5 points. Add an officiating mistake last week that cost them the win against the Jaguars, and things can’t get much worse; however that was only one play. Quarterback Joe Flacco threw two interceptions and lost a fumble to bring his total to 12 turnovers this year, ranking him fourth among QB’s.

Although Flacco is in no danger of losing his job, the same couldn’t be said for Rams QB Nick Foles who lost his this week after he threw for 200 yards and an interception in a 37-13 loss to the Chicago Bears last week. This season, Foles has completed 145 of his 256 attempts (56.6%) throwing seven touchdowns, 6 interceptions and losing five fumbles. He had thrown only one TD in the Rams past four games.

So now it’s time to give Case Keenum a try, who last played in the Houston Texans’ final two games last season, winning them both. One of those two starts was against the Ravens, although the only touchdown the Texans could muster was thrown by wide receiver C.J. Fiedorowicz.

With the Ravens mostly likely keying in on trying to stop Todd Gurley, their 26th ranked pass defense will struggle mightily in this one. On top of that, the Rams sixth ranked defense when it comes to yards/game (331.9) will make Flacco’s day very difficult. Take the Rams +12½ (B+10) to go along with Carolina +3 (B+10) and Green Bay/Minnesota OVER 34 (B+10) for another winning teaser!
