We ran through our own person tests with WagerWeb and tried out their product for ourselves to get a thorough look under the hood. Here’s our full review:

WagerWeb Bonus:

You’ll find one of the most generous bonuses around when you deposit at WagerWeb. The typical industry average is around 10% for an initial deposit and while some books will give you additional bonuses when you reload, it’s not as common as you think.

That’s why we love the WagerWeb bonuses, which are at 50% all the time. Credit card deposits get up to a 50% bonus while cash deposits can earn you all the way up to 100%. There’s also a 25% bonus if you refer a friend.

WagerWeb Promotions:

The giving doesn’t end after you deposit, which is really why we give WagerWeb high marks. They have a couple of good cashback features, which really separate them from the crowd. For example, if you bet on sports, you can earn up to 2% cashback each week just by betting. We’ve seen that type of offer with casino and racebook but rarely does a sportsbook present a cashback offer for sports betting.

Speaking of the racebook, you can earn up to 13% cashbook in there betting with WagerWeb and the casino also pays you to play as you can earn 1% in the casino too.

WagerWeb Software:

WagerWeb’s betting software is very smooth. They have a fast-loading website in both the logged in and logged out state. We also had a good experience with our mobile tests as it loaded and functioned quite well both on an iPad and an Android smartphone.

Once logged in, betting is quite simple. Leagues are on the left and once you click what you need, the lines appear in the middle.

WagerWeb Betting Selection:

WagerWeb’s betting selection is as vast as a Las Vegas buffet: there are more options than you could ever want. Sure, all the basics are covered with lines on all of the major, professional

sports (NBA, NFL, NHL, NCAAF, NCAAB and MLB). It’s worth highlighting that their lines come out earlier than the industry average, too.

But it’s not just that they have moneylines and spreads on these games, WagerWeb does a good job of offering plenty of props and exotics too. There’s live in-game betting for almost every type of event and that’s what bettors are looking for. Almost all sportsbooks have the basics but WagerWeb provides their customers with much more than that.

WagerWeb Support:

There’s a trend – albeit a small trend – of sportsbooks providing customers with ways to contact them. Maybe it’s the assumption that with the technology of smartphones and tablets, bettors would just rather send an e-mail. We’re not a fan of that trend and thankfully, neither is WagerWeb.

You can contact them via e-mail, live chat or phone. We counted a total of six different phone numbers that they have available. There are three numbers dedicated to bookmaking, which is great for redundancy. It’s always good to have a backup.

Overall, WagerWeb has very solid support. It’s too bad more sportsbooks don’t follow their lead.

WagerWeb Banking:

Getting your money in and out of WagerWeb is pretty straightforward as they give you a number of methods to choose from. You’ll find the usual suspects like Visa Credit, Visa Debit, but we were impressed that they even take American Express. That’s pretty rare for a book to do that. Then there’s also MoneyGram, Skrill, Western Union and EZ-Voucher. There’s lots of options.

Most importantly, WagerWeb has an awesome reputation with payouts, so you never have to worry about that. They’ll even offer you same-day payouts if you need your money that fast.
