Head directly to your bookie or online sportsbook. Do not pass go, blow through stop signs, go take a bathroom break and get on your cell phone, do whatever it takes to get there quicker. You know when you here sharp bettors say, “We’re looking for one of those lines they got wrong”? Well they got this one wrong tonight and you’re welcome.
The Sabres had their 10-game winning streak snapped in Tampa last night, a 5-4 loss, but head south to face the last place Panthers tonight. Florida has 9 wins on the year, with 4 of those coming at home in 10 tries. They are 4th in goals against, with only the Senators and Flyers having given up more goals than them of all the teams in the East.
You can be sure this Sabres squad will be hungry for another win after tasting the sourness of defeat last night, the first time since November the 4th. Winger Sam Reinhart is finding his way with Jeff Skinner and Jack Eichel on the top line, giving even more depth down the lines.
Not only are the Sabres 10-1 SU in their last 11, they are also 8-1 ATS in their last 9, including 5-0 in their last 5 road games. On the other hand, the Panthers are 0-5 ATS in their last 5. Something worth noting, the Panthers are 8-2 in their last 10 against the Sabres, including a perfect 5-0 record the last 5 times these two met. This is most likely where the line comes from. This is not the same Buffalo team.
This is a 4-unit play (5-unit is the max play) tonight, and I encourage you to follow suit.
NHL Free Pick: Sabres ML +150
Sidenote: I am also considering betting the Sabres adjusted line: -1.5+375

There are two ways in which to approach this game. One, you can bet against the Flyers, they have been pretty bad this year and they seem to have lost their heart completely. The other glaring reason to bet against them would simply have to be their record against the spread, it’s an abysmal-15-29. They Read More…
The Los Angeles Chargers traveled to Foxborough, Mass., on Sunday to face the dynasty known as the New England Patriots in the AFC Divisional Round of the playoffs. The Patriots entered the game as a four-point favorite and rightfully so. They have played in the last seven straight AFC championship games … and they played Read More…
It’s been a while since I’ve brought you a Free Pick from the NHL, but I’m going there tonight. Although both of these teams have had their share of troubles this season, neither is out of the playoff picture with a ton of hockey left to play. Game: St. Louis Blues (20-20-4, 22-22 ATS) at Read More…
