NCAA Football Free Pick | Ohio State vs. Maryland
The Ohio State Buckeyes are 9-1 and they are playing better than ever. Many have written them off and for sure wrote them off after the 49-20 loss to Purdue. Look, every once in a while, a team has a downer and that was for sure a downer. We are not predicting that the Buckeyes will win the National Championship this year but we are predicting a playoff berth.
The Buckeyes have rolled through most of their schedule this season and it all began with the Oregon State drubbing back in week 1, 77-31. That was a beatdown and it continued until week 4 when they played Penn State. They picked up the victory but it was close in a 27-26 final but then they picked up where they left off and started killing it again until the Purdue debacle and a close one against a not very good Nebraska team.
Urban Meyer is an urban legend and he is the best adjuster in the game. He not only knows how to win, he knows how to fix things. He is fixing things and it showed against Michigan State in a 26-6 defensive gem. You see, Meyer can’t stand getting beat and he won’t allow it very long. He saw a defensive problem and he got rid of the problem and he is fixing things. Michigan State isn’t exactly the Crimson Tide of the Big 10, we get that but it was a big win and a great effort holding them to 6.
The Maryland Terrapins have lost 3 of the last 5 games and they have had their moments, but not many. They are scoring 28.8 points per game against the Buckeyes 40.6, they are allowing 25.4 ppg against 22. Ohio owns the stat line in total yards at 527-366 and in passing yard it’s absurd– 354-131.
Haskins, (QB) Buckeyes has put together 3280 yards along with 33 TD’s and just 6 INT’s. They don’t need a running game but they have a good one in Dobbins. Ohio State Dominate Maryland today.
Prediction: Ohio State 38 – Maryland 23

There are two ways in which to approach this game. One, you can bet against the Flyers, they have been pretty bad this year and they seem to have lost their heart completely. The other glaring reason to bet against them would simply have to be their record against the spread, it’s an abysmal-15-29. They Read More…
