NBA Free Pick | Pistons at Bulls
I actually love the Pistons in this game. They have been red hot lately and seem to be clicking on all cylinders. They are playing great basketball and making a serious playoff push. I think this continues tonight against Chicago.
Game: Detroit Pistons (33-31, 31-30 ATS) at Chicago Bulls (19-47, 30-35 ATS)
When: 8:00 PM ET, Friday, March 8th, 2019
Where: United Center, Chicago, Illinois
Current Line: CHI +3.5 Total: 218.5
TV Coverage: FS Detroit, NBCS Chicago
The Pistons are 5-1 against the spread in their last 6 games overall. They are also 4-0 against the spread in their last 4 vs. the Eastern Conference. Meanwhile, the Bulls are a lousy 3-10 against the spread in their last 13 home games.
I cannot bet against the Pistons right now. There have been many articles written about how they are the hottest team in the NBA. It is very tough to bet against them. They are also 4-1 against the spread in their last 5 games against Chicago. I think this is a game where the Pistons ride their momentum and come out really strong against a bad Bulls team.
We are working on a new Scores and Odds page, and we’re getting excited about it. You should too, we’ll be offering past odds to help you with your bets.
I don’t think the Pistons have a huge ceiling in the playoffs, but with the way they are playing right now, it would be foolish to place a wager against them. It’s one thing if they are playing a great team… but the Bulls are one of the worst in the NBA and seem to lack motivation to even play basketball.
Expect a game tonight where the Pistons simply control the flow and tempo. I don’t think Chicago will be able to get much rhythm offensively and the Pistons will have a pretty easy win by 10 points.
Simon says roll with the red-hot Pistons and take them -3.5 against the Chicago Bulls tonight. Good luck as always and enjoy another great night of NBA basketball!
