The Washington Wizards’ season has already been a disappointment, and now with reports of inner conflict and opening their premier players up to trade talk, there’s no telling where the free fall will end.
The Wizards started the season with seven losses in their first 8 games, seemingly getting on track with 3 straight wins only to lose their last 2. On the other side of the court, the Clippers are riding a 5-game winning streak, and have won seven of their last 8.
This line is a head scratcher, with the Clippers getting a point when their records are flipped. The Clippers are 11-5, while the Wizards are 5-11. On top of that, the Clippers have dominated the last 10 meeting between these two, with a 7-3 SU record and 6-4 ATS. The OVER is 7-3 in those same 10 games. Looking even farther back, the Clips are 16-4 straight up in their last 20 against the Wizards.
Tobias Harris is leading the way for the Clippers, scoring 20.9 points per game, with Danilo Gallinari a close second with 19.6. Gallinari is questionable for this one with an illness, although he is expected to suit up after missing the first of a back-to-back on Monday night, a 127-119 win in Atlanta.
There are a couple plays I like in this one tonight. The Clippers are 3rd in team scoring (117.9 PPG) with the Wizards at #12 (110.9). The Wizards are giving up the second most points per game (116.9) while the Clippers are allowing the 11th most (112.8), which all points to the OVER.
However, getting a point while taking the Clippers against the spread is too juicy to pass up.

The Reds picked up a big win over one of the best teams in baseball last night, and definitely a team that comes in near or above the top-five in most power rankings. Last night was a close game and yet another run line loss by the Astros, who happen to be 38-34 against the Read More…
Throw out the fact that the San Francisco Giants are in last place in the National League West Division. The Giants-Dodgers rivalry is one of the best in baseball. The two teams meet for the fourth time this season beginning a four-game series on Monday night. If you think just because the Giants are in Read More…
Those of you that say there’s nothing to bet this time of year need to take a better look at your betting board. There’s a lot more than Major League Baseball, including other levels of baseball, NASCAR, boxing, MMA, about 200 soccer games every day, tennis and rugby, just to name a few. Today I’m Read More…
