There is one team to beat for the Boise State Broncos in this 2018 NCAA Football season; the Oklahoma State Cowboys! Today is the day. This is the Boise State Broncos defining moment, if they are really as good as they looked in the first two games, then the Cowboys are going to struggle to find offense. The Cowboys play in an offensive driven Big 12 where points fly off the board like water and the scoring is easy. They have met their match today. The Cowboys are a good team, but are they Boise State good?
Since 2007 the Boise State Broncos have been making a name for themselves when they beat the Oklahoma Sooners in the Fiesta Bowl. That was then, this is now and in recent years, the program has taken a lot of heat for strength of schedule. Obviously, the schedule is not the same as the power five conferences. Boise State cant help what part of the country they are in. There has been some talk of the Broncos moving to the PAC 12. That would be a great move for this program simply for one reason; they are consistently better than any team in the PAC 12!
So here is the deal, every team from every conference plays scrubs. Alabama plays scrubs every single year and this year has been no exception with Louisville and Arkansas State. The upcoming schedule is both difficult and easy, with the likes of Louisiana, Missouri, Tennessee and the Citadel. Bottom line, get off the “strength of schedule bandwagon”, that argument no longer holds water.
Quarterback Brett Rypien has yet to throw an interception in the two blowouts against Troy and UConn. The Broncos were 10.5 point favorites to open the season against Troy— final score, 56-20. They were 35 point favorites against UConn— final score, 62-7. Look, Boise got their respect against UConn and in recent years, they have struggled with a few non-conference road games; Troy was the proof! Boise State can go on the road and get big wins, they will get this victory in Stillwater. The Broncos are averaging over 600 yards per game on offense and they are closing the door on defense. This is a top five football team.

*A teaser bet is a bit of a parlay bet, which allows players to reduce their risk. A teaser bet offers the opportunity to bet on point spreads or game totals, and then “tease” or adjust the line to give them a better chance of winning. Of course, their chances to win come at a cost ? which is reduced odds. What is a Teaser?
This game by no means will be playing on primetime television, but it provides value in betting, and like Metallica said, nothing else matters. Both the Seahawks and the Bears took close losses in their season openers last week. The Bears suffered a heartbreaker and they let the Packers off the hook. That game was over, in the books. All the Bears need to do way play some defense and score one touchdown or for that matter, simply score Read More…
