Cardinals OLB Woodley out for season

TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) The Arizona Cardinals have placed outside linebacker LaMarr Woodley on season-ending injured reserve with a torn pectoral muscle and signed defensive tackle Red Bryant.
Woodley appeared in all 10 games, mostly as a starter, before being injured Sunday night against Cincinnati. The nine-year NFL veteran had 14 tackles, four solo, and one sack.
The 6-foot-4, 323-pound Bryant started all 16 games with the Jacksonville Jaguars last season, when he had 22 tackles, one forced fumble and two tackles for loss.
Bryant, in his eighth NFL season, spent his first six with the Seattle Seahawks, who drafted him in the fourth round out of Texas in 2008.
He was in Buffalo’s training camp before being released by the Bills on Sept. 5.
