Wake Forest will play two exhibition games in Canada
The Wake Forest Deamon Deacons will play two exhibition games in Canada this fall.
The school said that it would play Brock University on October 19 in St. Catherines, Ontario and face Ryerson University the following day in Toronto.
It marks Wake Forest's first international preseason trip since they went to the Bahamas in early September 2006.
Coach Jeff Bzdelik said that his young team will benefit from playing international competition so close to home. The Wake Forest roster has four returning scholarship players and seven freshmen.
