Rockies’ Herrera returns from DL
Herrera was placed on the DL on May 23 with a strained right hamstring. In 26
games prior to sustaining the injury, he batted .239 with four RBI.
To make room on the roster, the Rockies optioned infielder DJ LeMahieu to
Triple-A Colorado Springs. LeMahieu, who was recalled when Herrera landed on
the DL, hit .205 in 19 games.
