NFL Week 12 Who’s Hot and Who’s Not

Updated: .November 21, 2017

The Philadelphia Eagles continue to set the pace in the NFL this season at 9-1 straight-up. They have quickly become s bettor’s favorite as well at 8-2 against the spread, which is also at the top of the list in the NFL when it comes to cashing in on the games.

The Eagles head into this Sunday’s home game against Chicago with a SU eight-game winning streak while covering in their last seven outings. The total has gone OVER BetAnySports’ closing line in six of their first 10 games.

The Bears are 3-7 SU on the year and basically left to ride out the string, but they do bring a healthy 6-3-1 record ATS into Sunday’s NFC title as heavy 13.5-point road underdogs. Chicago earned a PUSH last Sunday in a tight 27-24 loss to Detroit at home.

Another hot betting team in the NFC has been the 8-2 Minnesota Vikings. They ran their record ATS to 7-3 on the year with Sunday’s 24-7 victory at home against the Los Angeles Rams as 1.5-point favorites with BetAnySports. The Vikings have now covered in their last five games heading into Thursday’s road game against the 6-4 (5-4-1 ATS) Lions to kickoff the NFL betting action on Thanksgiving. Minnesota is listed as a three-point favorite for that game with the total set at 44.5 points.

Over in the AFC, both New England and Pittsburgh continue to set the pace at 8-2 with the Patriots sporting an even 5-5 record ATS after covering in their last four games. New England’s SU winning streak stands at six heading into Sunday’s home game against 4-6 Miami as a prohibitive 17-point favorite. The Patriots have gone 5-1 ATS during their current winning streak.

The Steelers improved to 6-4 ATS after crushing Tennessee last Thursday 40-17 as seven-point home favorites. BetAnySports has Pittsburgh listed as heavy 13.5-point favorite at home for Sunday night’s inter-conference matchup against 5-5 Green Bay. The Packers have gone 1-4 both SU and ATS without All Pro quarterback Aaron Rodgers in the starting lineup.

Another AFC team that have been kind to bettors so far are the 4-6 New York Jets at 6-3-1 ATS. The fading 3-7 Denver Broncos top the ‘not so hot’ list at 2-7-1 ATS after failing to cover in their last six games.
