WEEK 1 GAME I CAN'T WAIT FOR

INDIANAPOLIS COLTS AT CHICAGO BEARS (BEARS -9.5 TOTAL 43.5 ) -SUNDAY SEPT 9TH 1 PM CBS TV

We all know how horrid the Colts season went last year. First they lost their leader and arguably the greatest QB of all-time in Peyton Manning, then they proceeded to play some simply disgusting football. The good news is that while Manning has found a new home in Denver, Andrew Luck has set up shop in Indy and he is just as good right now as any Colts fan could hope for. The Colts are not going to win the Super Bowl this year, but this team will be a lot better than many think and will be in more games than it isn't. The Bears are tremendously overrated to me and yes they still will contend for a playoff spot even though they have one of the worst starting QB's in football, but are lucky enough to still have a very active and fast defense that will keep games close that Jay Cutler gives away. This is a tough task for Indy to open up on the road in one of the toughest places to play in all of football in Luck's first regular season game, but I think he is going to make a huge statement similar to the way that Manning did early in his career and keep the Colts in this till the end.

DTM'S PREDICTION (BASED ON A 1-10 ANDY RODDICK FAREWELL TOUR LACOSTE HAT SCALE)

7.4 LACOSTE HATS ON THE COLTS +9.5
