New York Jets vs. Cincinnati Bengals -3

Now that is one stat that has to be looked at hard and long. Cincy is going to want revenge and play better on offense. There will be no doubt about that fact. They will not lay back to back eggs. Since we are certain Cincy will score more this time around.The Jets certainly got some breaks in that last game but must say they have the Bengals figured out. This the strongest trend we see here. The Bengals are simply not going to lay another egg. We like the Bengals scoring more in this game and NYJ scoring less but the total should still go Over 34 ½ points.

Philadelphia Eagles vs. Dallas Cowboys -4

The fans at Cowboys Stadium will be treated to a game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Dallas Cowboys when they take their seats on Saturday for the Wild Card Round of the playoffs. Philly played so poorly its hard to see them coming back to beat the Cowboys on the road again. If Philly plays a half decent game the score will go into the 40’s but we are more concerned with Dallas being able to cover the 4 points again at home. The Cowboys are doing something different and that is not falling apart when it counts. Year after year we have teams that get hot at the right time. Look at the year the Steelers won in ’06, then Indy in ’07, the NY Giants in ’08 and AZ though they lost did get get very hot at the right time. This Cowboys team looks like they could be on that trend.  We think they can cover, take Dallas-4.

Green Bay Packers vs. Arizona Cardinal -3

Aaron Rodgers passed for 235 yards with a touchdown pass and a TD run for Green Bay, while Ryan Grant rushed for 51 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries in the win. Matt Leinart passed for 96 yards with two interceptions for Arizona and Larry Fitzgerald had three catches for 17 yards and a touchdown. Arizona is 9-4 SU in its last 13 games. Odd how AZ was a -2 fav last week and now they are -3 fav after getting outplayed by GB. Vegas must think Warner will be on for the game and deserve the favoritism being at home instead of playing in -15 weather. But the fact that we think the Packers are playing the best football all year. Aaron Rodgers is playing very well now that he is getting some protection. Had he had more protection early in the season they may very well be playing in Green Bay and not Arizona. This along with Woodsen playing such great defense we are going to take the 3 points and go with the Packers.
