NASCAR Coca Cola 600 Results

Kasey Kahne got his first win of the season at Charlotte Motor Speedway on Sunday for his third Coca Cola 600 victory.  He had a fairly easy race, especially in the second half where he was barely challenged.  Kahne has now finished 8th or better in his last 6 races, which moves him in 15th place.

Denny Hamlin took 2nd and had a strong race, but never really made a threat at over taking Kahne.

While Dale Earnhardt Jr. went another race without a win, he did finish 6th.  Even without a win, Jr. is hot.  He has 9 top 10 finishes, which leads all drivers so far this season.  He is going to get that win soon, I just feel it.  And if he can get a little momentum going at the right time of the season, he could make a run at the Sprint Cup Series championship.
