Greipel led a final dash to take his second straight sprint showdown. He
finished the 196.5-kilometer trek from Rouen to Saint-Quentin in a time of 4
hours, 41 minutes and 28 seconds, beating out a group of riders that included
Australian Matthew Goss, Argentine Juan Jose Haedo and world champion Mark
Cavendish.
Swiss Fabian Cancellara retained the yellow jersey that he has held since
winning the prologue last Saturday.
