ATB Poker Tournament for Points #5 Results
It was not a bad night for poker as we got 14 out of the 16 people who registered for last night's. A couple regulars, jrod and Big Daddy couldn't make it but it still was a good turnout.
First out was the most unlucky poker player to play at ATB, Yisman, who held two jacks in his hand but ran into a straight on the river by Texas Tough Guy, which knocked Yisman out in 16th.
Next to go out CujoLatte got his stacked crippled with A-Q vs. Kidman's A-A and then got taken out in 15th when he hit top pair of kings but kidman232 flopped trip J's.
In 14th Big J lost to Kidman, who turned a straight to knock him out and send him to the sidelines.
Rochester went out 13th on a stone cold bluff and then Lovr knocked out radio host sportsedge out in 12th when his KK held up against sportsedge's ten high flush draw.
Next was our first bad beat of the night as Lovr went all in with Q-Q but Kidman snapped a 7 on the river to knock out our baseball handicapping specialist in 11th place. I missed the next hand because I was at the other table but multiple contest winner mw38375 went out in 10th.
Next out was John Morrison, who got his K-K cracked by kidman A-Q putting the poker pro out in 9th place. Next on the chopping block Cstock 5-5 lost to habhabj A-J to knock cstock out 8th.
Heart222 than knocked out realneo with his Q-Q vs real J-J in to finish him 6th place.
Kidman232 than called Texas Tough guy all and his pair of 7's held up vs. the top over cards of Q-J. Texas Tough Guy finished in 4th.
Heart222 was low on chips and went All-In with Q-5 and got called by Habhabj A-J to knock him out in third place.
Heads up lasted about 15 minutes and it was a good show of discipline by habhabj, who did not bite on numerous All-In's by kidman. Than the shit hit the fan and habhabj finally called an All-In and saw Kidman holding two rockets but karma is a bitch (the lovr hand) and habhabj K-9 hit a 9 on the turn and a king on the river to knock out WNBA extraordinaire handicapper kidman232 in second place.
Results:
1st Habhabj 500 ATB points and iTunes card
2nd Kidman 250 ATB points
3rd Heart222 200 ATB Points
Bad Beats:
Lovr: 150 (river 7)
John Morrison: 150 ATB points K-K cracked 150 ATB points
Yisman: 50 special it happens to every time points ( I will give these)
Congratulations to habhabj, he has been a loyal ATB poster since March, 2012. habhabj is a huge baseball fan, his favorite team are the Angels and besides playing poker he also enjoys playing craps at www.partycasino.com.
