ATB Employees Only Poker Tournament Results

On July 22nd we had our first employees only poker tournament in order to relax, help create camaraderie and bonding and get ready for football season.

Here are the results:

1. Christian Ryan
2. kavirus
3. gulfcoastplayer
4. Edward23
5. Chris Classic
6. Ken Wilkinson
7. John Anderson
8. Ryan Sawyer
9. Carl Johnson

Edward23 started strong and had the chip lead for most of the night but his Q-Q lost to an Ace High flush by kavirus, crippling his stack. Chris Classic played very well, on one hand he had 9-9 and Christian Ryan had A-K and hit a king on the river to put Chris' stack way down.

From that point forward Christian Ryan and kavirus dominated the table. In the next couple hands Chris Classic got taken out in 5th place with his two pair vs. gulfcoastplayer's eight high straight.

Edward23 then made an agressive move going All-In with 2-2 but got called by Christian Ryan's A-Q and there was an Ace on the flop knocking Edward23 out in 4th place. Next to go out was gulfcoastplayer, who went All-In with A-Q on a flop of K-Q-4 and got called by kavirus and his K-8 top pair on the flop and it held up knocking gulfcoastplayer in 3rd place.

Heads up lasted almost ten minutes before kavirus flopped middle pair 6 on the flop, went all-in and got called by Christian Ryan's over pocket pair 7-7.

Congratulations to Christian, he has worked at Ask The Bookie for over 10 months. Christian is a content writer and social media manager, he is a Detroit Lions fan, he likes to play craps at www.partycasino.com and StarCraft II.
