2012 NHL Playoffs – Odds and Previews for 4/28

Here you can find the previews for all the NHL playoff games of the day:

Washington Capitals at New York Rangers    Preview

This should be a good clash in the 2nd round.  Washington sent Boston home early, which was a surprise to me.  I didn’t think the Bruins would repeat, but I didn’t see them going out in the 1st round.  New York struggled a little more than expected against Ottawa.  It won’t get easier with Washington.  I think the Capitals are going to slap the Rangers quickly to get their attention.  Bet Washington +140.

Los Angeles Kings at St. Louis Blues    Preview

This might be a series to keep the under in mind.  These are 2 of the stingiest defenses in the league with 2 of the best goalies around.  Ken Hitchcock of the Blues and Darryl Sutter of the Kings are both tough in goal.  You really need to see a game between these 2 teams to get a feel for the series.  I’m giving the nod to the home team in this one.  Take St. Louis -160.
